Replacement and Return
We have developed an ideal policy governing return and exchange requests on the site. According to the Ministry of Commerce, there is no replacement or return except in the event of a manufacturing defect in the product or an error in the order that can be replaced. Every user has the right to request a modification of orders after ordering, but within 24 hours only. The request is submitted to the administration by mail
• If the customer wants to replace or return a product, it is completely free in the following cases.
In the event of a cut or an error in the order
• The customer must return the product in its original packaging, or any other packaging that keeps the product safe.
• If the product is not returned correctly, the customer is responsible for any damage that occurs to it.
